Can I Return My Order?
At Howard Wagyu, every cut of our full-blood Japanese Wagyu beef is hand-selected and shipped with the utmost care to preserve its exceptional quality.
Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns . This ensures product safety and freshness.
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or re-shipped. If a return is sent without prior authorization, Howard Wagyu is not responsible for shipping or refund costs.
Can I Get a Refund or Replacement?
We take pride in providing the finest Wagyu beef in the U.S., delivered directly from our Kansas farm.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review your concern and, when appropriate, issue a refund or replacement to make it right.
Refund & Replacement Restrictions
To ensure fairness and quality control, the following conditions apply:

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Refunds and replacements apply only to purchases made at HowardWagyu.com.

Orders purchased through third-party retailers or distributors are not eligible for refunds from Howard Wagyu.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

The order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address.

Shipping delays are caused by the carrier, weather, or natural events.

Products are mishandled, thawed, or stored improperly after delivery.

The delivery is refused or returned without authorization.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at taste@mirepoixprovisions.com.
We will make every effort to stop fulfillment if your order has not yet been packaged or shipped. Once your order has been packed or in transit, we cannot cancel or refund it.

Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order?
Due to our fulfillment process and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to modify existing orders. If you’d like to change your selection, you may need to cancel (if unshipped) and place a new order. Contact our support team immediately—we’ll do our best to assist.
