Every Howard Wagyu order is prepared with the same care and precision that defines our cattle. Because each cut is hand-selected, vacuum-sealed, and packaged directly from our farm, we allow adequate time to ensure perfect temperature control and freshness before shipping.
Processing & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, it is carefully reviewed and forwarded to our fulfillment partner — the Howard Wagyu farm.

Processing Time: 2–3 business days to confirm order details, select cuts, and prepare packaging.

Fulfillment & Packing: There may be 1–2 additional business days for hand-cutting, vacuum sealing, and insulated packing with dry ice.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Ground Shipping: Only available in locations that can be reached in 1-2 business days and contingent on product selection availability.

Weekend Delivery: We typically do not ship on Fridays unless Saturday delivery is selected and/or available in your area.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 5–7 business days from the date of order. Overnight, express delivery is available.
We currently ship nationwide within the continental United States. Each shipment is temperature-controlled to ensure your Wagyu arrives in peak condition.
Please note: During holidays or peak seasons, delivery times may extend slightly due to carrier delays and increased demand.
Temperature Control
All Wagyu orders are shipped in insulated packaging with gel packs to maintain ideal storage temperature during transit. If your order arrives with any concern, please contact us immediately at taste@mirepoixprovisions.com.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, Howard Wagyu ships nationwide across the continental United States. Each box is prepared at our farm and shipped via trusted carriers with tracking emailed to you once it ships.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your Wagyu ships, you’ll receive an email with a live tracking link so you can follow your delivery from the farm to your doorstep.
What if my Wagyu order arrives damaged?
If your Wagyu arrives with any issue, contact support@howardwagyu.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our support team will offer the best solution.
